SAP-Pros Beta Search - How to Search

The SAP-Pros search engine allows you to search the database by keywords:

You may use any keywords or group of characters that you would like to find in the database. This includes cities Miami, skills SQR, area code 561, etc... Simply put, use any group of characters (keywords) in the search string box separated by spaces or Boolean operators.

Example Search String: HRMS AND 8.3 AND peopletools

Note: You should use the Drop-Down selects for those fields that are listed, such as State, Category, etc. Do not put those in your keyword search as it will result in a slower response time.

Popular Keywords include:

Peoplecode
Performance Tuning
Crystal
nVision
Functional

HRMS
Financials
City names
Telephone Area Codes
SAP Modules, e.g. AP, GL, AR, HR, etc

Do not use commas or quotes:

The search pages will pick up punctuation in your query. If your keyword contains punctuation other than commas or quotes, the entire word will be picked up. For example, you can search for AS/400 OR 7.56 OR 7.3.4. Likewise, if you wish to match a specific set of words that contains two words like Purchase Order, Click the All Words radio button above the key words field

Viewing All Records:

By default, leaving the keyword field blank and clicking the search button will return all records in the database. If you have selected check boxes, radio buttons, or Drop-Down select bars, then the results will be reduced accordingly. We feel it is more useful to start with a list of all records and filter out the ones that don't meet your requirements. That way, you may discover more keywords and options that will refine your job search as you proceed.
